That way I can also charge off the wall using the same pieces that I would use to charge the battery. Mini USB cable is good for charging any device that charges over USB as well as transferring files and photos. Plus have non-proprietary (well other than Apple one) cables means even if I lose one, it's just a few cents on monoprice to replace. IMO, if you're going to lug something around, try to go with something that has the most possible functionality. That said, I really want to try out the ZAGGsparq. If only it had a magsafe power adaptor for my Macbook...
