The last lecture is an amazing book. It brought tears to my eyes. The Twighlight series is addicting. I've read all of them! Thomas Friedman is just to boring for someone like me to read. I tend to like things that make me laugh!

Read twilight in an evening. Nice snack, author does great job of maintaining consistent level of suspense and capturing that high school popularity angst. I'd give it 4/5 - was a nice way to forget my troubles for an evening.

Also read Hot, Flat and Crowded. Similar style to The World is Flat. Good job of documenting just how unsustainable our current energy situation has gotten, and how urgently we need to address energy reserve depletion and climate change without being excessively shrill. Hopefully Obama and his advisors will take note.

I've been meaning to read The Last Lecture. Hopefully I'll get to that soon.
